No front desk, no waiting around. Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be settled in within minutes.

1. Entering the Gate
The first thing you'll see when you arrive

Type your access code
Tap the keypad to wake it up, then type your access code and press confirm / # key.
📧 Your code was sent in your booking email before arrival

Wait for the beep
Listen for the unlock beep sound from the gate lock.

Push and step in
Push the gate open and step inside.

Close it behind you
Close the gate behind you so it stays secure.
2. Entering the Lobby
The main door into the building

Enter your code
Tap the keypad to wake it up, then type your access code and press confirm / * key.

Push to enter
Listen for the unlock beep, then gently push the door open and step inside.

Close the door
Pull the door closed until you hear it click and lock (about 2 seconds).
3. Finding Your Key
Your room key is waiting for you

Look for the basket
Once inside, you’ll see a basket near reception with a “Your key is here” sign above it.

Find your name
The key is inside the envelope with your name and room number on it.
🔑 Your key is only placed in the basket from 14:00 onwards

Take your key
Open the envelope and keep the tap card with you, that’s what gets you into your room.
4. Getting to Your Room
You've already made it inside! Here's what's next

Your key
Keep your room key card with you at all times.

Opening the door
Tap the door keypad with your finger to wake it up (it will beep and light up), then tap your key card against the middle of the keypad (right over the number 5) to unlock.

Finding your bed
Your bed number is marked on the frame or on the wall above the bed.

Your towel and space
You’ll find your towel on your bed. Please keep your bed curtains closed when you leave the room.
⏰ Early arrival? No problem.
We don’t offer early check-in, check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. If you arrive before 14:00, you’re welcome to leave your bags in our luggage area and use the pool, kitchen, and bathrooms while you wait. Your key will be ready in the basket from 14:00.
